Changing habits

They say to change a habit takes three weeks of discipline.

Strive and repeat an action for 21 days, and it becomes a habit.
Does it work? I don’t know. But we are proposing a challenge.

From July the 1st day of each month we will post a suggestion of habit to incorporate into your day-to-day, for a more environmentally friendly life.
