What we cooked for the challenge on July

Hello, everybody!

So, our challenge of July is over, “cook more, eat better!

We had the distinguished contributions of Neide Rigo, with banana stew, Marilúcia Guilen with the zucchini soup (not translated yet, click here for the portuguese version – you can translate at Google), the Nadia Cozzi, with yam ice cream, and Carol Castro, with the pasta with rosé sauce and zucchini. And, amazingly, we even acomplished to help someone who had never ventured into the kitchen to risk (successfully!) an omelette with cherry tomatoes and basil.

Well, but the fact of the challenge is over does not mean at all that you should stop cooking and feeding better, after all, the idea of the challenges is to create sustainable new habits in our lives.

We also followed the challenge. Here is the proof – and a source of inspiration too! If you wants any recipe, just ask!

And soon, the new challenge for August! (as soon as I finish baking my chocolate chip cookies:)
