Homemade Panettone for Christmas party!

How about making a homemade panettone (fruitcake), much tastier and healthier, to honor your family and friends this Christmas? Here it is this wonderful fruitcake recipe of @nadiacozzi for you!
Homemade fruitcake
1 / 2 k of flour, may be half white flour and half wholemeal organic
200g organic sugar
150gr of butter
4 egg yolks 3 whole eggs hillbilly type
250ml of fresh milk
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon orange juice (in place of the essence of giving panettone heartburn)
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1 / 4 cup sunflower oil
2 tablespoons baking powder
250gr of white raisins
100 gr candied fruit
50g chopped cherries
150gr dark chocolate, chopped
Mixer: sugar, 4 egg yolks, whole eggs, butter, honey gradually. Prepending the orange juice, cinnamon oil. Beats more. Lemon zest, milk, beating. Take the mixer and mix theflour, yeast, fruit and chocolate.
Put the dough in the shape of panettone and lay upon a dish. Income of panettone 2 1 / 2pound.
Coverage and truffle filling:
A measure of cream (= 1 can)
2 tablespoons of butter is not too full
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 cup organic brown sugar
400 gr. semisweet chocolate, chopped.
It takes everything to the fire to melt the chocolate, take the heat and add 1 cup rum (optional). Take the refrigerator to chill. Good for various fillings and toppings.
